AusVet's first priority is to develop a sound understanding of the client's needs and to develop with them the targets for the project.
As most projects demand a mix of expertise, AusVet develops and coordinates teams of associates to meet the particular needs of the project.
Before commencing work on a project, AusVet requires a letter of appointment confirming a written brief developed by or with the client. The brief will include, as a minimum, the work to be undertaken, a timetable and an agreed budget. For larger projects a formal contract will be negotiated with agreed milestones with specified activities and deliverables.
AusVet will report progress during the project as agreed with the client and submit a concise and complete final written report. This report may include a seminar or presentation.
