Human Resources Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Officer to join our Canberra office to provide a wide range of day-to-day HR generalist functions. As part of our business expansion, this is a newly created role, working closely and reporting to the Manager Corporate Services. This is a permanent part-time position for 20 hours per week.

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing customer focused, timely HR advice, guidance and support to Ausvet staff and the Executive in line with operational objectives and organisational policies and procedures. Working closely with the Manager Corporate Services, this role will be responsible for all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Workplace Health & Safety, Employment Conditions, Learning and Development, Workers Compensation and general administration.
