For Ausvet, delivering a quality project goes well beyond rigorous applied science and good policy.
We aim to provide the best possible real-world solutions to our clients, and as part of this, most of our staff and consultants have recently added certified project management training from the Project Management Institute to their skillset.

The Project Management Institute (pmi.org) serves more than 2.9 million professionals in 208 countries and territories around the world. Its services include the development of standards, research, education, publication, networking, hosting conferences and training, and providing accreditation in project management. Our in-house Project Manager is an accredited senior training provider from PMI and was able to deliver this in-house training for the rest of our team.

What this means for our clients:

At every level of our company, not just our Project Management Office, are we able to support the optimal delivery of:

– Carefully planned proposals
– Precisely defined scope
– Maximised resources
– Carefully planned and scheduled work
– Controlled costs
– Optimised procedures
– Controlled quality.

Please feel free to contact us at contact@ausvet.com.au if you have questions about Project Management Training and how it benefits you. If you are interested, our certified trainer can deliver similar courses if required within your organisation.
